What to Include
If you are reporting a problem, include the iPhone model, iOS version, Ladder Math app version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot is helpful when the issue is visual or related to a ladder scenario.
Common Fixes
- Update Ladder Math from the App Store when a new version is available.
- Close and reopen the app if a screen appears stuck.
- Restart your iPhone if the app behaves unexpectedly after an iOS update.
- Deleting and reinstalling the app resets local progress, streaks, preferences, and viewed-rules state.
Privacy and Data
Ladder Math does not require an account and does not collect personal data from the iPhone app. Drill progress is stored on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
