By using the Ladder Math website or iPhone app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Ladder Math.
Who Provides Ladder Math
Ladder Math is operated by Fire Engine Labs LLC and published by Bravest Bio. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Fire Engine Labs LLC and Bravest Bio.
Training Use Only
Ladder Math is a focused firefighter training drill for practicing ladder-reach matching concepts. It is not intended for emergency operations, incident command decisions, building assessment, ladder placement, rescue decisions, or any other real-world operational use.
You are responsible for following your department policies, applicable laws, training standards, manufacturer guidance, and officer direction.
No Professional or Safety Warranty
We try to make Ladder Math useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every scenario, number, graphic, rule, or result will be complete, current, or error-free. Use Ladder Math as a practice aid only.
Accounts and Purchases
The first version of Ladder Math does not require an account. If future versions add paid features, subscriptions, or account-based services, additional terms may apply.
Intellectual Property
Ladder Math, Bravest Bio branding, site content, app content, graphics, and training materials are owned by Fire Engine Labs LLC or its licensors. You may use Ladder Math for personal training and internal department practice. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing product from Ladder Math without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ladder Math, interfere with the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, or use Ladder Math in a way that violates law or infringes the rights of others.
Third-Party Links
Ladder Math may link to third-party websites or services, including Bravest Bio and Apple services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimers
Ladder Math is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Engine Labs LLC and Bravest Bio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss or injury arising from reliance on Ladder Math in training or operations.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ladder Math after changes means you accept the updated terms.
